“Product” - 2 x 20 tray of eg. Free Range Eggs

“Winner” - Recipient of the giveaway

Age: Winner must be 18yrs +.

Residence: Winner must be based in the NORTH ISLAND of New Zealand. Winner must provide a physical address.

• Winner will be drawn at random and announced via a social media at the discretion of eg.
• Winner must claim their prize within 48hrs of the draw. If the winner does not claim their prize the giveaway will be redrawn and a new winner renounced via social media.
• Winner must produce proof of their sticker showing the winning number.
• Winner must have completed all criteria specified upon entry.
• If the winner can not provide substantial proof of completing the specified criteria, a new winner will be re-drawn and the previous number will be excluded from the re-draw.
• The “years supply” will commence on the day the winner claims their prize.
• “years supply” is based on the consumption of 10 eggs per week = 40 eggs per month.
• Winner will receive Product every 4 weeks (2x 20 tray) for 1 year commencing on the date they claim their prize and concluding in 2025 on the same date.
• Product will be dispatched on a day decided by eg. that falls within 7 days of the due delivery date.
• eg. will cover delivery costs from our Farm (801 Brandon Hall Road, Bulls, NZ) to your front door (physical New Zealand address provided by Winner).
• All deliveries will be dispatched to the same address. An alternative address can not be provided by the Winner once the initial address has been provided.
• eg. will not be liable for any additional costs if delivery of the product is unsuccessful.
• eg. takes no responsibility for damaged product during transit however should there be significant damage to the delivery at their discretion, eg. may choose to provide extra product in the next delivery as a show of good faith.
• If the Winner is unable to receive the Product on any scheduled delivery across the year’s supply, missed product can not be recouped or delivered to an alternate address.
• Upon courier collection eg. are not liable for lost deliveries, late deliveries or any other issues that arise once the Product is in the possession of the courier service.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances eg. reserves the right to reschedule the Winners next delivery which will be sent at the earliest convenience at the discretion of eg.
• If the next due delivery falls on a public holiday or similar, eg. are not responsible for any delivery delays associated with the public holiday or similar.
