Shipping policy
EG.NZ LIMITED reserves the right to withhold delivery of any product for any reason whatsoever.
Deliveries will be made to the address and location the customer has identified on the order and once left at the specified address the product will be deemed to as delivered.
The customer will ensure EG.NZ LIMITED or its agent is able to deliver where instructed by the Customer.
EG.NZ LIMITED endeavours to dispatch all orders within two working days. If a customer has not received an order within seven days of having placed the order, they are required to contact EG.NZ LIMITED. In the event the customer receives an incorrect order the customer is required to notify EG.NZ LIMITED within 48 hours of receipt and failure to do so will deem acceptance of the product delivered by EG.NZ LIMITED. If the customer contacts EG.NZ LIMITED within 48 hours, EG.NZ LIMITED will arrange for replacement of the correct product if it is available.
