Boiled Eggs from "becoming an eggspert"
Ingredients
eg. Free Range Eggs
Method
Bring water to a boil first, add eg. free range eggs, start the timer.
⁃ 4 minutes for dippy eggs... (don’t peel, cut in half and pop in an egg cup)
⁃ 6 minutes for runny yolks... (my favourite)
⁃ 8 minutes for soft boiled...
⁃ 10 minutes for hard boiled...
Place in ice water to allow for thorough cooling and much easier peeling
(you can place them under running cold water instead but you may have a harder time peeling).
Serve on toast.
Add salt, pepper, chilli oil...
