Chocco Egg Pudding from "becoming an eggspert"
INGREDIENTS
-3 hard boiled eg free range eggs (let eggs cool)
-1/4 cup cocoa
-1/4 cup sweetener (monk fruit sugar.. low cal)
-1/4 cup milk
-tsp vanilla essence
-Optional splash of Maple syrup
METHOD
Blend it all together put in the fridge for a 3-5 hours to set.
