EggPIC (Eggs Poached In Cream) from "becoming an eggspert"
Ingredients
Butter
Cream
eg. free range eggs
Method
Pan on a medium heat, add spoonful of butter and a good dash of cream.
Let the cream warm up a little and add desired number of eg. free range eggs.
Sprinkle some salt and pepper.
Lid on let it simmer (be patient don’t have it on a high heat).
Cook to your liking.
I love em runny on a piece of toast.
